It is home to 25 percent of the UK’s rare and endangered species. The Cairngorms National Park Authority is dedicated to ensuring that our breathtaking natural beauty is accessible to individuals from all walks of life, as residents, visitors, job applicants, employees, and volunteers, regardless of their background, beliefs or needs”.

As a Park Authority we have 4 distinct aims set by Parliament:

- To conserve and enhance the natural and cultural heritage of the area.
- To promote sustainable use of the natural resources of the area.
- To promote understanding and enjoyment (including enjoyment in the form of recreation) of the special qualities of the area by public.
- To promote sustainable economic and social development of the area’s communities.

Our communications team has an important role to play in all these aims. Through powerful storytelling and strategic communications, we seek to curate and create content that supports the connection between nature, people, and place. To support this work, we are seeking Content Creation Intern to support the work of several projects”.

**About you**:

- Do you have an interest in communications, and creating content for social media?
- Are you well organised, reliable, and able to work unsupervised with support and advice from experienced colleagues?
- Do you have the skills to produce effective web/online promotional messages?
- Do you enjoy working as a team with the ability to work well with external partners & Park Authority staff?

- Effectively promote the Cairngorms National Park, engaging and growing audiences.
- Reflect the diversity of communities right across the National Park, seeking out.
