are looking for

EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED SKINCARE AMBASSADORS WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN LUXURY RETAIL SALES. BEAUTY QUALIFICATIONS ARE A BONUS

to work at our retail store concession in Manchester

Training will be provided across our range to ensure you can deliver the role to the best of your ability, make those sales, smash the targets and earn big money

ARE YOU:

- Passionate, driven, hungry for that money, customer focused and and the ability and or willingness to approach customers in store?
- Ready to earn great commission on your sales?
- Passionate about skincare and beauty (**qualifications are a bonus, but not a necessity)**:

- Ready to show off with your **proven track record **of meeting sales targets and KPI's in luxury retail, but have no experience in skincare, do not worry, you may still be right for the role.
- Able to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Ready and able to cover store opening times. That's a bonus if you can, but not necessarily a 'no' if you can't
- Able to travel to your place of work.

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
Achieve sales and KPI targets with passion and enthusiasm, as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring customers are the priority.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Always exceed customer expectations**

**Advising customers with unbiased, exceptional product knowledge with an aim to meet their skincare needs and close the sale**

**Working as a team to ensure all customers feel valued and enriched by their experience with Antonia Burrell Holistic Skincare**

**Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss**

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
