**Night Porter Vacancy - Trearddur Bay, Anglesey**

The Trearddur Bay Hotel is now recruiting for a part-time **Night Porter** to join the team working **3 days a week, a total of 36 hours**. With numerous opportunities for growth and progression, Trearddur Bay will give you the responsibility and challenge from the start. You will need to work weekends and over the Christmas period. This is apermanent role.

**About the role**:
Shifts start at 7pm until 7am and you will be a lone worker between the hours of 11pm and 6am and responsible for the running of the hotel. As a **Night Porter**you’ll be one of the first faces to welcome our customers. Leading by example, your work ethic will set the bar high and you’ll remain cool under pressure with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Check in late arrivals and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
- Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.
- Ensure that wake up calls are made promptly and book any taxis for guests.
- Take room service orders and deliver to guests.
- Residents’ bar - preparing and serving drinks, cleaning duties.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
- Ensure site is secure and complete regular walk arounds throughout the shift.
- Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
- Give personal attention, take personal responsibility and use teamwork to provide excellent guest service.
