**THE ROLE**

Job Title: Junior Merchandiser

Reporting To: Trading Director

Location: Worcester, UK

**Salary**: Up to £30,000 based on experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full ownership of partner accounts across the business.
- Work with Business Directors and internal departments on account management.
- Responsible for range building with buying and business directors in line with the P&L.
- Manage OTB in line with P&L.
- Undertake strategy analysis when onboarding new projects.
- Prepare and present trade packs in weekly meetings.
- Manage sales and stock to ensure maximum sell-through.
- Manage rebuys and markdowns along with trading out of end event stocks.
- Work with ecomms/marketing on promo calendar and suggest promos based on performance
- Work with Business Directors/Wholesale Manager to manage the wholesale/premiums/licensing order process.
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Oversee intake process.
- Product set up and management on Shopify.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years’ experience within a merchandising environment.
- Ideally, experience of trading a range of products through the buying cycle.
- Experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- A self-starter prepared to work on own initiative and own the accounts assigned.
- Ability to work in a young company, building structures and processes through rapid growth.
- Flexible approach to responsibilities and workload willing to collaborate with other teams to get the job done.
- A great team-player with a can-do, positive attitude.
- Flexible working schedule but weekends and overnights may be required at event times.
- Prepared to spend time on-the-road at key event times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
