** Your Role **:The Management Information team is our go-to solution for all our data needs. Our experts specialise in designing and providing data from a variety of sources, tailored to meet our Contractual Service of requirements (SORs). We understand that time is of the essence, which is why we communicate the data to management teams on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis. Our team's main focus is to create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports that will help make informed business decisions. But we don't just stop there - our team takes it a step further by interpreting the data and transforming it into valuable insights that will enhance operations and support decision-making process.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Collate data from various sources, for example, Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems (WMS & IMS) and manual spreadsheets
- Manipulate and update spreadsheets to create reporting outputs.
- Extract data reports, review, validate and update the various systems with the relevant information
- Progress and resolve external and internal customer queries
- Create various operational reports for external and internal customer, such as volume reports, warehouse dashboard
- Extract system reports, review and validate data and progress regular system information updates

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to present and communicate effectively along with a customer focused attitude
- Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and warehouse practices
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Process orientated and competent with manipulation and updating spreadsheets
- Experience in using Warehouse Management Systems
- Able to adapt to new IT methods of extracting data in continuous improvement techniques and execution
