- Working within the Existing Business team you will be responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies.
- Responsible for hitting and exceeding realistic targets for customer service and renewals and retention.
- Ensure that all work is FCA compliant and provide the highest of customer service to our potential and existing clients.

**About you**

As one of our Insurance Consultants, you’ll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional in time. You should naturally have:

- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
- Good attention to detail and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and admin
- Insurance or Financial Services background
- especially in Personal Lines such as Home or Motor (ideally)

On offer is a great salary of up to £25,000 plus benefits and the chance to join a collaborative, open and friendly office that cares about career progression, personal development and making sure you come to work in a great team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
