Support Practitioner

Our Supported Living services based in **Fort William, Highlands** are current seeking dedicated **Support Practitioners** to care for vulnerable people in their homes and in the community in order to help them live meaningful and fulfilling lives. Not only will you feel a sense of achievement when supporting a vulnerable person but you will be located in an area with excellent outdoor facilities and beautiful scenery with so much to get involved.

We are currently recruiting for **1x 30 hour** contract and **1x 15 hour** contract per week on a permanent basis.

- You are willing to learn and passionate about helping others
- You are a great communicator who can build long-lasting positive relationships
- You have the ability to think on your feet and adhere to policies and procedures
- You can adapt to various environments and support others with change
- Looking for part time hours supporting someone with every day living skills
- You can work with people 1:2:1 helping support them with their own goals and aspirations
- You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekends
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Driving license is desirable
