We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to be part of an inspiring charitable organisation, working full time on a permanent basis.
- You will have some experience in administration and good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly with Excel and Word.
- Responsibilities include:
- Scanning and filing documentation
- Answering the phone; taking messages and answering queries
- Chasing outstanding documents that need approval
- Organisation of incoming post
- Processing and maintaining new and existing bank information

For this role, training will be given to complete payroll duties, being able to:
- Use payroll systems and input payroll data
- Provide advice and support to employees with their queries
- Make suggestions on new effective ways to support workloads for the team
- Liaise with external clients

There will be continuous development opportunities within this role, expanding your skillset and knowledge with a fantastic organisation.
- Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
