**Your Role**:
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing Warehouse Operations: Supervise the loading, unloading, scanning, caging, and palletizing of customer work, ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Maintaining Standards: Identify non-conformances, take corrective actions, or escalate issues as needed to maintain high standards.
- Managing Key Areas: Supervise storage, fulfilment, hold cage, and damage areas.
- Representing 3PLR: Uphold the company’s positive and professional image at all times.
- Achieving KPIs: Meet and exceed KPI targets set by the company.
- Ensuring Careful Handling: Oversee the unloading, scanning, and loading of customer goods following agreed procedures.
- Leading the Team: Ensure all tasks are completed, provide cover for absences, and maintain excellent customer care standards.

- Location: This role is 100% office-based at our Ross site.
- Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00
