We are looking for a passionate, creative and organized individual who will work with the Regional Imagery Manager to help capture our property portfolio and more
The Regional Imagery Assistant will join the Imagery team alongside the other regional photographers and central processing team and will focus on improving the quality of the property photography portfolio inline with our Photography Standards and Brand Guidelines.
You will be expected to undertake photoshoots and work with your Regional Imagery Manager and local recruitment teams to help understand priorities. This role requires strong planning and organisation to be as efficient and effective as possible. You will be supported by the Regional Imagery Manager with training and assistance as required.

**_Important Note: frequent travel across Yorkshire & Surrounding areas will be required to fulfil the role tasks and objectives._**
**WORKING HOURS **22.5 hours a week with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. Working week is Monday to Saturday (some weekend working as required). Flexibility is important for photography appointments e.g. when convenient for potential owners
**PLACE OF WORK** Home based with regular travel to properties for photography visits across Yorkshire & Surrounding areas, and to our offices as required. Other travel further afield may be required e.g. for training or to cover other regions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Photography**
- Styling and photographing our property portfolio inline with TOCC guidelines
- Working alongside the processing team to ensure a quality final product is produced in line with the imagery turnaround time SLA.
- Capturing marketing stills and video when in key locations (social media content)
**Scheduling and Organisation**
- Organizing and prioritising property photography spreadsheets.
- Working with your manager to decide on priorities and focusing on key business objectives.
- Managing homeowner expectations and scheduling photoshoots.
- Assist with the organization of any regionally specific lifestyle shoots.
- Assist with the organization of any regionally specific video shoots.
**Training & Development**
- Undertaking training sessions, yourself to build upon your own skill sets (this may be in other regions).
- Attend monthly meetings with the imagery and wider marketing teams.
**CANDIDATE SPEC**
- Proficient at operating DSLR or CSC
- Previous Architectural Photography experience
- Creative, Organised, and excellent communication skills
- Able to travel (sometimes requiring overnight stays).
- Welsh speaker would be desirable but not essential
