This is a newly created role for their new office. The job will offer you the opportunity to get involved from day 1 which is why they think will make this a great role.

**Where will the job be?**

You will be based in their new office in Glasgow city centre. There may be some travel to our other offices where all travelling expenses will be paid.

**Who will I be working with?**

This role will allow you to work with everybody in the office given the variety of the job. You will have a line manager who will be based in Glasgow, and you will also have plenty of support from all the teams that you are working with.

**Additional Information**:

- Salary - £18,200
- Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00

**What the job will entail?**
- Super user of Alcium (client relationship management software)
- Checking website property listings and making improvements
- Document production for Agency
- Setting up new clients
- Collation of information for bids
- Run monthly reports to ensure that data is accurate and timely
- Assist with correspondence
- Make and receive telephone calls
- General admin duties
- Ad hoc projects

**What skills are required?**
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure, often with short notice
- Ability to use initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data or creating content

**Future Prospects**:
Should you perform well during your apprenticeship there may be room for permanent employment. The team at Ryden want you to succeed.
