- The Salary is £45,000 per year

- Day shift, 3 x 12 hr shifts & 1 x 6 hr shifts - 42 hours per week

*The Brief: *Working as a Deputy Manager with a Registered Nurse qualification, leading a Clinical team within a Nursing & Residential Home offering care to elderly residents in Wembley, Greater London.

The Care Home is mid-sized, it currently has a Good CQC rating and the hiring of the deputy manager is a key hire for the home.

*Key Details*
- Elderly and Dementia Nursing Home in a Mid-sized Care Home
- The working hours are 3 x 12-hour shifts & 1 x 6-hour shifts, 42 hours per week in total.
- A mix of supernumerary responsibilities, rota’s & clinical duties & leading staff on the floor
- The salary is £45,000 per year.
- Essential; To have excellent knowledge of elderly residential and nursing care
- Essential; Experience in leading a Nurse & Care Team within a Care Home

*What is expected from you?*
- Clinical / Supernumerary responsibilities split
- Support the Manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures and business objectives
- Act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
- Liaise with the Home Manager across a range of operational activities such as; assuming responsibility for managing the Home during the manager's absences, marketing the Home to existing and potential residents and relatives, planning Rota’s and adhering to Budgets.

*Deputy Manager Experience Required*
- Must have NMC Pin with a degree in Nursing (Adult, Learning Disability or Mental Health trained)
- Must have demonstrable experience in a similar role as a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead
- Demonstrable experience in leading large teams of Nurses, Carers in a Care home.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
