Are you a visual storyteller, with the design skills to make anything memorable? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with the creative and technical flair to fit right in with our South Coast-based client.

This innovative and dynamic creative brand communications agency is looking for someone to bring fresh perspectives and inspiration to their growing team, working across multiple channels on projects for a wide range of clients.

As the Senior Designer, you’ll be responsible for leading unique and imaginative work for online and offline projects, presenting your ideas with confidence internally and with your clients, and seeing them through from concept to delivery. You’ll be making strong creative decisions, showing your initiative, and managing your workload and those of others to get each task done.

This full-time role comes with a salary of between £40,000 and £45,000, and a range of great company benefits.

**Essential**
- Rockstar levels of creativity, curiosity and design thinking
- Ability to work fast as part of an awesome team. Find inspiration from within, ask for help and feedback when needed
- Excellent graphic composition, typography, motion graphics and colour knowledge for online and offline
- Attention to detail, strong organisational and conceptual skills
- A strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development and the creative process
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion
- Excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Must be confident in taking briefs and feedback from clients then presenting back ideas
- The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders
- Exhibit a good understanding of marketing principles and delivery
- A strong interest in social and cultural trends and emerging digital technologies
- Ability to respond to feedback and process information from multiple sources, translating it into awesome creative
- Team player who can work across multiple teams and accept different points of view and feedback
- High attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- An exciting portfolio that clearly illustrates your passion and talent for creative across all channels
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Senior Designer role
- Minimum 7 years’ experience working in an agency environment
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign). Being comfortable with after Effects is also recommended

**Desirable**
- Experience with Adobe Premier
- Experience with illustration
