- Actively promote the GS comms calendar in appropriate ways e.g. in team meetings highlight upcoming key dates/comms and seek input/content if needed for programmes e. g. GS connect series.

Write, Design & Deliver High Quality Messaging
- Help translate business information/insights (e.g. slides, data from potentially disparate inputs) into a compelling story in an appropriate format and forms based on the comms channel and audience segmentation guidance.
- Suggest creative ideas or concepts leveraging the latest trends in communications and change.
- Draft messages for leaders (drafting materials, editing, ensure a clear and concise voice) for different formats and ensuring they are engaging and meet needs of audience/message - primarily messages for Head of HR and business Services and Systems Lead Thought partner with projects, programmes and other members of the wider GS HR team to support delivery of high-quality messaging.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Partnering across a complex stakeholder matrix to identify key messages to build and implement an engaging and innovative internal communications calendar that enhances the impact GS has on BCG and elevates our team.
- Outlining a project /delivery plan upfront that includes scope of work, approach, timelines, stakeholders identified and key milestones
- Developing innovative multi-format communications (messages, ways to communicate, mediums to use) to support engagement and delivery of our communication tactics (e.g. GS Connect, GS E news, GSLIVE etc) - aiming for a polished, enhanced look and feel that professionalises the way we in GS communicate and inform.
- Developing creative ideas or concepts that use the latest trends in communications.
