This role will benefit from hybrid working and can be based anywhere in the UK. Travel to our partners and own offices as required across the UK.

**What will you be doing?**
- Support Business Development to successfully transition new initiatives to Relationship Management when they become business as usual
- Build strong pragmatic working relationships across multiple teams
- Client relationship building management of relationships with allocated clients, ensuring the highest level of service e.g., query management, renegotiation contracts, reporting requirements.
- Effectively manage and present Governance meetings.
- Analyse financial performance data, to identify methods of adding value which can be implemented.
- Present and or articulating complex financial metrics to several senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Promote, implement and project manage new services and updates.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients for new activity
- Work closely with the partners to build a core team around the key client focusing on relationship building and opportunity management.
- Minimise commercial loss through identifying risks in poor performance.

**Is this you?**
- Experience in Secured Assets/MCOB preferred
- Good understanding of call centre metrics and SLA’s
- Strong analytical skills and be able to understand market trends, financial reports and performance MI.
- Great understanding of the credit industry/debt management and secured sector
- Strong senior stakeholder management internally and externally and experience in working with diverse account teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication at director level
- Great planning, organisation and relationships management skills
