This is an exciting time to be joining us. Paignton Academy is undergoing rapid improvement. Within the Academy two capital projects costing in excess of £4 million pounds have just been completed. Our students and staff are based on two sites, with four Heads of House on each site. Each Head of House is supported by a Pastoral Manager Paignton Academy provides its staff with a supportive, forward thinking environment with plenty of opportunities for professional development. These range from our extensive ECT programme through to leadership progression opportunities within Paignton and across the Trust.
