SQA is recruiting for three administrators to contribute to the planning, supervision and execution of a range of procedures within specified SQA policy to assist in the successful delivery of SQA products and services.

We are seeking highly motivated and committed individuals to join our team. Reporting directly to an Operations Officer within the HN & VQ Operations team you will assist in providing support and guidance to internal and external (new and existing) stakeholders by:

- Building and maintaining effective relationships to ensure a high level of customer service
- Responding to queries and providing advice and guidance regarding SQA policies and procedures
- Ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately, timeously and within SQA service level agreement (SLA) timeframes
- Making a contribution to sharing ideas, knowledge and best practice to bring about business improvement

Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience
- Knowledge and/or experience of MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer support experience

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 6 (SVQ 3 or Highers) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role. Also role model the behaviours associated with SQA’s values (Trusted, Progressive and Enabling) in order to develop and sustain a productive and positive culture.
