**Mortgage Administrator **to join a highly successful Mortgage Advisory partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm have fabulous offices in West Kirby

Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a Senior Mortgage Administrator to join their large Admin team.

We are looking for a minimum 3 years mortgage administration experience in Mortgage Brokering and that has experience in compliance and packaging of cases.

Competitive base salary of between
**£25,000 - £28,000 DOE and is negotiable dependent on experience**

**This role is office based**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Case packaging
- a keen eye for compliance

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 3 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
