Birmingham (B1) - full time - 37.5 hours per week

Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms.

The Team Leader is responsible for the shift operational performance on the site. Effectively managing the shifts operational activities (H&S, goods in, warehousing, print, finishing, despatch, QA) ensuring optimum (O.E.E. and KPI reporting). Out of hours cover for the departmental managers. Leading cultural change; optimisation of operations, processes, procedures, and systems of work.

**The Job includes**:

- Effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the health & Safety, quality, cost, delivery, technical, and human resources.
- Ensuring optimisation of equipment uptime by keeping equipment failure and inefficiency to a minimum through effective planned maintenance and remedy of breakdowns. Achievement of agreed KPI’s and SLAs.
- The Team Leader encourages a culture of continuous improvement and proactive skill enhancement, motivation and support of a team and organisational goals.
