Refrigeration Engineer

A new opportunity has arisen for a new Refrigeration Engineer to join the UK's leading commercial catering and refrigeration equipment suppliers.
As an experienced Refrigeration Engineer, you will be joining the technical team and providing professional fitting, planned maintenance, and emergency repair services to their customers.
In this role you will required to cover South Gloucester and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment.
Fault finding on refrigeration equipment.
Meeting and liaising with clients in a professional manner.
Ensuring all paperwork is completed in full and in a timely manner.
Working closely with the office Service team.
Ensuring customer service levels are met and equipment is repaired and returned to service as quickly as possible.
Implementing engineering best practice processes, procedures, and tools that maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
Carrying out regular stock management of parts.
Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Maintaining a professional approach to work and being a model brand ambassador when on a customer's site.
Communicating effectively and efficiently with product manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the correct parts are identified while on-site.
Demonstrating high standards of working practice and a flexible approach with the ability to work on your initiative.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of three years' experience as a refrigeration service engineer in the catering industry
C&G 2079 (FGas & ODS)
Full driving license
Strong interpersonal skills
IT savvy
Desirable
COMCAT 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5.
C&G 2382 - Electrical
CONGLP1 PD.
C&G 2382-15 (17th Edition).
Experience in combi ovens, microwaves, and warewash.

**Salary**: 34k-38k DOE
Must have ability to work evenings and weekends within the on-call rota.
