- Clean and maintain the common areas of the facility, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests or issues
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with hospitality or hotel industry is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 48 per week
