Trainee Supervisor

We are a local family run business looking to expand our amazing team.

We are looking for a special individual, who possesses good communication skills, an outstanding history in customer service and an outgoing and friendly personality. A "can do" attitude is a must and you will _**need to be fully flexible**_and _**able to work weekends**_

Your role once fully trained will be to join the management team and lead the way, when it comes to displaying great customer service. You will want to really motivate our team, to create a warm and welcoming environment for all of our customers.

You _**must**_ have a history in customer service and you _**MUST**_have some supervisory/delegation experience. Experience in staff training would be beneficial but not essential.

You will be a quick learner, have an eye for detail and have a true passion for delivering a high standard of service and quality of work. Contract will be 25 hours per week plus overtime.

Salary dependent on age and experience.
