Our client is a corporate members organisation based in the heart of the City in enviable offices and close to all major transport links They are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to sit inthe hub of the business and develop a well-rounded knowledge of professional services.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
This role requires a lot of contact with colleagues and building management. This is perfect for someone who is a people person and who can roll with punches.
- You will act as the main point of contact for staff, guests, and external parties
- Manage office space and office supplies while staying within budget
- Submit expenses
- Coordinate meeting room diary and prepare meeting rooms accordingly
- Issue security passes for staff and guests
- Ensure effective use of CRM database - from new employee onboarding to general maintenance
- Daily liaison with Building Managers, IT support, and Cleaners
- Ad hoc assistance where required

**WHO YOU ARE**
This is the perfect role for you if you can multitask, adapt and work efficiently. To be successful you will be a switched-on individual who is confident communicating with people of all levels and able to work under pressure.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Hands-on approach to new tasks
- Naturally organised
- Confident communicating with people from all levels of the business
- Comfortable supporting a team with ad hoc duties
