**Working with Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind**

We are looking to recruit two Wellbeing Leads to join our Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind Team, working within our calming café service which supports individuals experiencing a mental health concern, including safety planning support for people who are near or in crisis. The service is open between the hours of 4PM - 11PM, 365 days a year.

You will work closely with the wellbeing team and work under the supervision of the service manager to deliver support to individuals accessing the service which may include face to face support and/or telephone sessions _(for Job Description, please visit sgmind.org.uk)_

**Essentials**:

- Experience of working within a mental health service
- An understanding of a range of skills, preventions, interventions and management linked to wellbeing and person-centred support
- A sound understanding and knowledge of recovery principles and the role of mental health services across Swindon.
- Experience of leading a team and providing leadership and supervision.
- GCSE/O Levels education (9-4/A*-C) in Maths & English (or equivalent numeracy and literacy).
- Degree or Diploma in an appropriate health and social care field, i.e. psychology - _Desirable._
- An accredited qualification with the appropriate professional body (i.e. Health and Care Professions Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, Charted Management Institute etc.) - Desirable
