Architectural Technologist

The office enjoys a quiet rural location based between Stibb Cross and Shebbear, whilst being located within only 15 minutes of Bideford, Holsworthy, and Torrington.

Position Offered - Full Time - Permanent - Hours of work 09:00 - 17:00

Role & Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality technical drawings for Building Regulations, Tender, and Construction use
- Undertake technical research into products and building materials.
- Work alongside other Architectural Technologists, Architects, and Structural Engineers on projects
- Work on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Generally office based with occasional local site visits

Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified and trained as an Architectural Technologist
- Registered with CIAT
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience post qualification in the UK
- Experience in detailing for construction drawings with good building regulations knowledge
- Experience in AutoCAD is essential
- Experience is Sketchup is preferred but not essential
