Sales Manager - Cardiff - Excellent Package

Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monda to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Friday

This company a world class player in the Medical Diagnostics sector are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to become an integral part of the Commercial Management team at their Cardiff facility. The main function of the role is the support and developmentof UK sales of a variety of diagnostic products and provide a training and support function for the customer base on clinical issues.

It will be a necessity of the role to be enrolled on the nursing register of the UK and to have regular clinical practice, the company will support with this requirement. Also, a background in Capital Equipment sales is fundamental.

The role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic strategist to have a real impact in the continued growth of an excellent business.

The Role

Develop a structured business plan to address the Uk market

Implement methods to improve sales and support methodology

Lead, motivate and direct UK sales team

Ensure compliance guidelines are adhered to

The Person

Background in Capital Equipment Sales

Be able to operate as a nurse advisor on clinical issues

At least five years in a Sales management position

Be prepared to travel nationally and internationally.
