We are currently looking for a Yardsman to join a growing team. In this role, you will be given a comprehensive training program that will help you progress your career opening up further opportunities. The Yard operative role includes the maintenance and testing of a steel workshop yard and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Unloading delivery stock steel
- Checking quality and marking items up
- Keeping stock together and catalogued
- Pat testing (full training provided)
- Helping with equipment stores
- Assisting the storeman

This role includes outside work in a busy yard where you will be provided with full PPE. To be successful in this role you will need to be
- Active and willing to learn and develop
- Previous yardsman experience desirable.
- Forklift license
