Roofer

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Install, repair, or replace different types of roofing systems
- Perform heavy lifting and use power tools to complete roofing projects
- Fabricate and build structures using schematics and blueprints
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary repairs
- Working all aspects of roofing including slate and interlocking tiled roof repairs & flashings, soffit and fascia, gutter replacemen
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate tasks
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to roofing
- Use vehicles, equipment, and materials in a safe and approved manner, performing requisite checks
- Wear suitable workwear and/or protective clothing and equipment as required
- Perform all tasks in compliance with Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments and Method Statements provided.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Knowledge of masonry, carpentry, plumbing, and roofing materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients;
- Live in or within 5 miles from Shepperton, Surrey;
- Be in possession of a full valid driving license and own vehicle;
- Be reliable and committed to work following company rules and schedules;
- Right to work in UK;
