We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our clients busy and continually growing manufacturing company based in Haddenham. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all company products meet the highest level of quality; matching companyand customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raise, contain and ensure effective closure of non-conformances using an 8D system.
- Internal Audits & Process assessments
- Manage the calibration system for all measurement equipment
- Support NPI projects by documenting & communicating Quality Control Plans and Inspection check processes.
- Monitor, Support and development the continuous improvement of Manufacturing & Quality processes.
- Manage the concession process between the company and its Customers/Suppliers.
- Support with review and sign off of DFM and PPAP documents.
- Manage KPIs and provide monthly reports to the Quality Manager
- Support the Production Inspection process when required.
- Support incoming goods inspection activities when required.
- Promote a right first time quality culture.
- Other tasks as required by the business.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, with high standard of spoken and written English.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Technical background
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to describe technical matters accurately and in precise detail, both orally and in writing.
- Experience in customer and supplier facing role.
- Computer proficient.
- Willingness to travel
- Self-motivated
- Works at pace

**Qualifications**:

- Trained internal auditor -ISO9001-2015
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer
