We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and organized Procurement and Facilities coordinator to join Cegal, a global technology powerhouse, specialized in energy and dedicated to enabling a more sustainable future.

This position plays a pivotal role in Cegal’s fast paced, high volume Hardware and Software business, interfacing with a team of experienced account managers to ensure smooth and efficient management of procurement for a portfolio of large, energy focused enterprises.

Alongside procurement co-ordination, this proactive individual will work with management to effectively coordinate a the day to day running of Cegal’s energetic office environment, supporting the Cegal enterprise in delivering a well-organized, safe and enjoyable workplace for a staff complement of 70+ personnel.

**About the role**

You will be working with the account management team to execute the procurement lifecycle for all hardware and software orders, including order placement and tracking, amendment, returns and warranty processing, supplier management and invoicing.

Interface with finance to issue purchase orders and reconcile and settle supplier invoices, report accruals and deferrals, manage credit card reconciliation and assist in customer invoicing where required.

**As the Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate all daily office activities including**:

- Interfacing with reception (in a managed office environment) to welcome new guests with the typically warm, welcoming level of Cegal hospitality
- Distributing mail and post
- Interfacing with building cleaning and maintenance to ensure a high quality of service delivery
- Overseeing the organization of awesome office functions including sitting in the social committee amongst office and management staff from both the Aberdeen and London locations
- Keep all Health & Safety documentation and up-to-date and carry out risk assessments, safety checks and any training requirements
- Contribute to the annual ISO certification process by documenting and communicating office control and organization procedures

**Who you are?**

**To thrive in the role we believe you share our passion for technology and learning, and that you probably have**:

- A background or experience (2+ years) in procurement or a similar role, with the motivation to be a part of a team that delivers a procurement lifecycle on orders that contribute a large proportion of Cegal’s annual turnover.
- A qualification in business management, administration or similar would be preferred, but is not essential
- Proactive attitude and good communication skills, being comfortable with working with an experienced team
- The ability to multitask by taking a leading role in coordinating the busy, productive Cegal office environment.
- A proclivity for organising social events, getting involved in Cegal’s busy internal event calendar.
