**Our Client;**

We are thrilled to be working alongside a genuine leader within the medical device design and manufacturing industry, who are looking to expand their highly innovative and successful engineering team by appointing a Process Engineer.

**The Role;**
- Investigate any machine, process, or product performance problems. Carrying out root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.
- Generate and execute validation protocols when needed to provide documented evidence for the introduction of improvements.
- Manage quality activities from execution to completion ensuring all tasks are undertaken and completed to cGMP, Owen Mumford, and Customer requirements.
- Monitor progress of projects ensuring timescales are maintained and current status communicated to other sections of the Operations Team.
- Liaison, steering and motivation of associates to achieve project requirements and approved documentation.
- To ensure appropriate handover packages are compiled, generated and transferred into manufacturing to ensure smooth handover and compliance in production

**Key skills & experience required;**
- Degree or HND qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
- Practical skills working on Electrical and Mechanical equipment.
- Experience of using lean manufacturing tools to analyse problems and implement solutions.
- Technical report and work instruction writing skills
- Experience of quality management systems associated with the medical device industry.
- Highly organised, motivated and with attention to detail
