Maintenance Officer

Advance Northumberland is a Property Investment, Estate Management and Development Company. We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our Northumberland based maintenance team.

As Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sites are maintained in line with statutory testing requirements and customer expectations, operating in a safe and responsible fashion.

**Key duties & responsibilities**:

- Support the Estate Facilities Maintenance team in the delivery of efficient, compliant and safe facilities management
- Provide front line reactive repairs and maintenance
- Complete and record monthly inspections within the Estate
- Proactively maintain systems, buildings and equipment
- Working to achieve the completion of tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner

**To succeed in this role**:
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience working in a similar maintenance role
- An awareness of Health and Safety guidelines and legislation in the context of a maintenance role.
- The ability to drive and hold a valid UK driving licence
