_Grounds Maintenance Operative_

Sunnybank Forestry Ltd t/a Elmhouse Tree Services have a great opportunity to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Urmston, Trafford, Manchester. We work in the commercial sector and offer grounds and sports field maintenance services to high schools and primary school in the Manchester area.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Hand Mowing
- Striming
- Shrub Pruning
- Hedge Cutting
- Weeding
- Ground clearance
- Astro turf maintenance
- Landscaping
- Line marking
- Machinery maintenance and house keeping

**We are offering you**:

- Permanent position
- Competitive salary based on experience/qualifications.

- Opportunity to progress as we expand our team.

**Essential**:

- Clean driving license (Held for 3 years minimum)
- Strong work ethic and Positive attitude
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service/Criminal Record) check will be required. We will perform this prior to the job offer if you do not have one already all though would be preferable.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- B + E Standard trailer licence (If passed after 1st January 1997)
- CSCS card
- PA1/PA6 spraying certification.
- Higher level Qualification, NVQ or equivalent in horticulture
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
