Gardener/groundsman

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:

- To maintain the lawns and other green spaces of the hotel.
- To install landscapes and seasonal flower designs
- To monitor and ensure plant health
- To mow, trim and fertilizer green spaces
- Maintain all gardening equipment
- Prune and trim trees and bushes
- Deal with pest problems

To aid the maintenance manager when required

**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Experienced and enthusiastic as a gardener.
- Familiarity with landscaping design
- Knowledge of a variety of plant and plant care.
- Ability to lift/transport heavy objects
- To be able to remain on your feet for long periods of time.
- A love of the outdoors and plants.
- To be knowledgeable regarding safety of machinery

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
