**Duties & Responsibilities of Trainee Digital Printer**:

- Operate a digital envelope press, printing on various stock from envelope to paper bags
- Ensure that envelopes/bags are printed to the exact specification i.e. quantity, technical specification, and colours
- Ensure that the press is kept clean and in good working order
- Digital machine maintenance will need to be carried out on a weekly basis
- Support production to maximise machine efficiency
- Producing work on time to the highest standard
- Assist in general factory routines if required
- Maintain high housekeeping standards
- Adhering to all Health and Safety Standards.

The Trainee Digital Printer role would suit a driven individual with the below skills:

- Must have a keen eye for detail and colour with the understanding that quality is paramount
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible and adaptable as you are likely to undertake several different tasks during a shift
- Would also need to be PC literate and mechanically minded.
- Educated to GCSE level, with a minimum of Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths & English.

- Working hours during training period; 5 x 8 hour days Mon-Fri 08:00 to 16:00 working 40 hours per week for approximately 4 weeks.
- Rotating shifts once fully trained; Week 1 06:00 - 14:00, Week 2 14:00 - 22:00 working 40 hours per week.
