Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out main contractor with nationwide coverage working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.

We are committed to providing an excellent service to our clients and, due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Production Planner to join our team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for alignment of forecasting and coordinating materials, workflows, and communications to deliver smooth execution of production plan.

**In addition to this our Production Planner is also responsible for**:

- Maintaining and update the production planner daily.
- Reviewing the workshop capacity on a weekly basis.
- Coordinating the internal systems - checking work orders are booked in and completed, sales orders are raised in a timely manner and making sure bill of materials (BoM’s) are updated when required.
- Invoicing and despatching.
- Financial reporting - forecasting and reviewing sales figures regularly, working with the estimating team and agreeing sale rates.
- Regular communication with the site teams / internal stakeholders.
- Attending daily meetings with internal transport and logistics departments.
- Tracking of admin and system performance.

**To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and experience**:

- Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills, previous manufacturing experience required.
- Experience of working within a team, meeting demanding deadlines, and using project management tools
- Excellent IT skills with MRP/ERP systems experience
- Microsoft office efficient
- Supply chain management experience
- Financial awareness

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
