**Location**:Somercotes, Derbyshire

**Job Title**:Parcel Sorter

**Hours**:Afternoon Shift - Monday - Friday 3pm-10.30pm Saturday shift 2pm-9.30pm

**Pay rate**:£10.42 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Parcel Sorter, you will work between four different sections to ensure that parcels are sorted correctly by size/area codes, ensuring that they are bagged up ready to be dispatched to the required locations
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced/target driven environment is key, as the role requires a team who are able to hit KPI's
- As a Parcel Sorter, you must be physically fit and able to lift various sizes of parcels
- Handheld scanners are used when working as a parcel sorter in the warehouse, so the ability to use these is essential
- Experience as a warehouse operative is desirable
- Working in the warehouse as a warehouse operative/parcel sorter, you must have a strong work ethic, be on the ball and a good team player
