**What you’ll do**:
- Craft compelling campaign designs for social media platforms, understanding the nuances of each platform to maximise user engagement.- Stay at the forefront of digital design trends and technologies, continually introducing innovative solutions and ideas.- Lead digital design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and exceed quality standards.- Develop and execute creative digital design concepts that align with client objectives, customer needs and industry trends.- Utilise dynamic content optimisation techniques to create personalised, engaging digital experiences for diverse audiences.- Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team.- Effectively communicate and present design concepts to clients, gathering feedback to refine and perfect design projects.

**What you’ll bring**:
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work, including examples of successfully led digital campaign projects.- A proven track record in a leading digital advertising, creative agency or similar.- Advanced skills in digital design tools Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.- Extensive experience with digital OOH, social media platform specifications, trends, and best practices for design.- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.- A passion for innovation and a drive to explore new design technologies and trends.

Sky Creative is Sky’s European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions, Broadcast Creative and Digital Design for multiple partners across our European Markets.
