**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work with the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing the school, Nursery, TCM, Oak Theatre and Scarisbrick Hall facilities
- Work with the Marketing Manager and wider events team to ensure the professional and exceptional running of all events.
- Assist with phone enquiries and follow up to tours.
- Confidently and professionally perform tours of the school and its facilities with a clear understanding of the school curriculum, various age groups and entry levels, history of the building, educational standards and school values and ethos.
- Assist management in the maintenance of accurate up to date data relating to conversion tracking against KPI identified by the Headmaster and Directors.
- Communicate professionally and to an excellent standard to both current and perspective customers of Scarisbrick Hall School and its wider businesses.
- Accurately adhere to policies and procedures
- Ensure consistently excellent marketing via databases to all active enquiries of Scarisbrick Hall.
- Generate content for all of Scarisbrick Halls digital marketing channels.
- The post-holder should have some experience of working in a busy environment and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- You will be expected to always maintain a tidy and clean workspace.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Be innovative and forward thinking with strategies
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop high quality, accurate and consistent communications and marketing materials.
- A good understanding of communications, building audiences and engagement via social media.
- Essential skills: excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Inc. Microsoft Office)
