We are recruiting a Residential Childcare Assessor on behalf of a Midlands based Training provider.

As Residential Childcare Assessor your aims and objectives are to deliver exceptional teaching and learning that will help our learners achieve their apprenticeships.

Provide on-site and online support, drawing on your vocational expertise and knowledge to guide and empower learners in achieving their apprenticeship goals.

Maintain your own schedule to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), organising and participating in planned on-site and online visits, while also managing administrative tasks to ensure compliance is adhered to.

Work closely with team members and stakeholders to provide outstanding service to both learners and clients, ensuring compliance and quality are at the heart of what you deliver.

**Expected deliverables**:

- All assigned learners are to be managed on our internal Learner Management System, setting SMART objectives whilst challenging and stretching for progression.
- All assigned learners to be monitored and challenged to meet off the job requirements.
- All reviews to be completed in a timely and quality led manner achieving full buy in and signatures from all parties (assessor, learner and employer).
- Functional Skills to be delivered in accordance with KPI’s
- Ensure all learners are compliant with ESFA funding regulations at all times.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Current and relevant vocational level 3/5 qualification recognised by Ofsted
- Experience of your vocational area of expertise at a level 3/5 (Residential Childcare).
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or equivalent).
- Previous experience of funded provision and compliance in the Apprenticeships sector (ESFA).
- Previous experience of ensuring quality for learners (Ofsted).

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
