MBA are on the look out for a Finance Administrator to join the UK's biggest end-to-end commercial vehicle fleet management business, to add to the ever growing finance team.
What we need
The post holder will support the Commercial Finance Team across a range of activities. You will be responsible for generation of key reports, supporting month end reporting, building and owning models for forecasting, and monitoring key deliverables withinthe Finance team.
What you'll do
- Completion of month end journals using the management information system, accounts payable and billing Data from SAGE X3
- Preparation of monthly contract and workshop reporting information for the Finance managers and Analysts across the team
- Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts models for review by the Commercial Finance Managers
- Support the completion of the annual budget
- Analysis of Financial information to identify trends and anomalies and investigate to establish the root cause of any issues.
- Monitor performance of smaller B2B accounts, working with the sales and account management teams to provide insight and improve performance
What you've got
- Good excel skills with the ability to interrogate large data sets
- The ability to deliver objectives to deadline and prioritise workload accordingly
- A desire to learn and develop - this role is an excellent opportunity for someone new to or in the early stages of their Finance career, therefore ambition and enthusiasm is a must
- Some Finance experience is preferred, but not essential
