Hours Monday Friday 9.00 1pm Home working but if you wish to go into the office you can. 3 month contract
To assist and provide support to the Community Partnerships Officer in the day to day running of the Household Support Fund
MAIN DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
To maintain accurate records
Support the Community Partnerships Officer to monitor and control the Household Support Fund
Delivery of excellent service to all customers in line with published service standards, including provision and advice to customers.
Health and Safety
Comply with all Health and safety legislation for your area of work, ensuring that risks are identified, managed and monitored as required
AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Household Support Fund and appropriate expenditure, escalating any issues to the Community Partnerships Officer
Explore and provide solutions to issues with the administration of the Household Support Fund and any ways to improve the process
Actively participate in meetings regarding the Household Support Fund
