**Design Engineer (Modular / Portable Buildings)**

**Market Weighton**

**£35,000 - £45,000 + training + PDP + excellent progression + flexitime**

Are you a Design Engineer, with a construction / steelwork background, looking to step into a highly autonomous and versatile role, where you will receive excellent training (including the opportunity to train on REVIT), personal development plan and thepotential for long term career progression, potentially all the way to directorship?

On offer is the opportunity to join a highly specialist company, in a multi-faceted role. You will be working for a highly successful supplier of bespoke modular and portable buildings, to a huge range of industries. You will be responsible for working ona range of exciting projects, specifically assisting in the design of steel frame buildings, whilst developing solutions for new and existing products and processes.

**The role**:

- 3D design and detailing of steelwork for modular steel framework or timber frame constructions
- Produce 3D models using REVIT or Solidworks, of steel frames portable buildings, modular buildings and Kit Buildings
- Work alongside the directors and senior leaders to develop technical solutions and improve engineering processes

**The person**:

- Design experience, for the construction industry
- Experience using REVIT or Solidworks
