Kitchen Porter

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas.
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
- Dispose of waste following proper disposal procedures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform when supplies need to be replenished.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
