The NWL Digital First Team is seeking to recruit a Business Administrator for the Digital First Programme.

The Business Administrator works alongside the PMO and Communications Leads to deliver an effective and competent level of administrative support for the Digital First team. Duties include a wide range of office support such as preparing and updating monthly team documents, attending meetings and note taking, raising purchase orders, managing contact and distribution lists, organising meetings and event logistics. The Business administrator is a central point of contact for the team and is required to deliver consistent support and promote good customer service and effective working relationships.

The successful post holder will have the capability to quickly grasp the critical challenges of the post as well as being an organised individual with solid planning and communications skills.

The Digital First Programme is leading the delivery of digital transformation in Primary Care across the 8 boroughs in North West London ICB, to enhance population health management, improve clinical efficiency and deliver better outcomes for patients.
