Our _**Bosville and Marmalade Hotels**_ are hiring 2 _**receptionists**_ to join their team in Portree, The Isle of Skye. This is a seasonal, 40 hours per week contract.

As a receptionist you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for our guests. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, self-motivated, and helpful, the receptionist is always available with a positive attitude and happy to assist guests with anything they might need.

**Who are we?**

Perle Hotels is a small luxury hotel group focussing on a modern hotel experience in Scotland. The hotels have all been lovingly restored and provide a haven of tranquillity in stunning Highland locations. Our hotels are designed to give the best amenities in interiors which reflect the surrounding countryside.

**Where?**

This position is based at _The Bosville and Marmalade Hotels_, in _Portree_. Both hotels have been lovingly restored and converted, offering some of the best views that Portree, and Skye, have to offer. Each hotel has its own particular attributes and welcome guests who appreciate design details, luxurious comfort, and seamless service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Learn all aspects and functions of Rover.
- Know the hotel’s facilities and the area.
- Familiarise with the team, for better communication between departments and to know who to go to in case of need.
- Be completely knowledgeable of all reception procedures, such as check in, check out, bookings, general enquiries, cash handling and processing payments, etc.
- Answer the phone promptly.
- Learn about GRM and use it in your daily routine.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
