We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and committed individual to join our well-established and supportive team of Learning Support Assistants who work with students throughout the college from Entry Level 1 to Level 3

JLC is an open access post 16 provider which attracts Learning Difficulties & Disabilities learners with a wide range of additional support needs, including ADHD, sensory impairment, mobility issues and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Previous experience and knowledge in supporting post 16 students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities is essential in this challenging yet highly rewarding role. We are looking for staff who can harness our student’s talent, inspiring them to progress and contribute to a positive culture
