Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to join us as a Childrens Service Systems Coach within the Social Care Systems Management Team.
As Childrens Service Systems Coach you will create and maintain a training programme for all Children’s Services System users. This will include the design, delivery and/or commissioning of a range of learning and development activities to ensure that all employees have the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to enable them to do their jobs effectively.
Identification and definition of current and future workforce learning and development needs for Children’s Services Systems. You will also be responsible for the design and to deliver the directorate induction programme for new starters.
To be considered for this post, you will need to demonstrate:
- Expert experience and knowledge of Social Care Information Systems including use of Liquid Logic (Childrens Systems (LCS) and Early Help Module (EHM).
- Experience of successfully delivering learning and development interventions.
- Experience of development, design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions.
- Knowledge of current policy and practice relating to social care, local government and partnership working.
In return, you will be working within a caring and supportive newly established team located in our modern offices in Chelmsley Wood.
