Marks Sattin is currently working with a leading financial services organisation who are recruiting for an ALM Manager to join the team.

You will be working closely with the senior management team; you will support the creation and implementation of the FTP Framework to optimise the asset and liability profile of the balance sheet.
Within the role, you will get the opportunity to create and implement ALM strategies, including:

- Excess liquidity optimisation
- Maturity intermediation strategy
- Savings term/product mix strategy
- Liquidity portfolio strategy
- Collateral strategy

With the exposure across the business, due to the size, you will be given more responsibility and a chance to take on a wider role compared to most. You will ideally have a great understanding of asset, liability and balance sheet management and a good understandingof treasury risk.
