Fugro is now seeking an Executive Assistant based in Wallingford to support the Country Manager and other executive functions providing administrative support, managing correspondence with the Fugro Group and external stakeholders, scheduling and supporting meetings, managing travel arrangements for the Country Manager and senior visitors as well as assisting in researching and compiling various reports and presentations.

Who you’ll be working with:
Working directly with the Country Manager, Fugro Group contacts within the Europe and Africa region, regional and local Service and Business Line Directors and Managers. Liaising with travel companies,, senior site visitors and statutory authorities.

Here’s what a typical day would be like:

- Managing and maintaining executive schedules, meeting schedules and agendas.
- Answering and directing calls to appropriate parties, taking messages.
- Reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos and determining significance; routing to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preparing reports, collecting and analysing information; preparing presentations.
- Developing and utilising historical information; providing retrieval of information. Recording meeting discussions and providing minutes.
- Data analysis;. Filtering and sorting of data, using V-lookup and other functions.
- Preparing letters and contracts for signature and review.
- Maintaining correspondence with statutory authorities on behalf of executives
- Supporting executives travel schedules and visitor’s logistics

Who we’re looking for:
Qualifications required:

- A first degree in management (or equivalent business administration qualification) or equivalent experience.

Skills required:

- Excellent English language communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Efficient and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to negotiate positive outcomes.
- Good influencing skills.
- Ability to anticipate problems and ensure early intervention.
- Numerical.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience required:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential or role requiring high level administrative support.
